We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient service.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and manage restaurant staff, including rota planning.
- Manage budgets, monitor sales performance, oversee cash handling and ensure profitability.
Requirements:
Strong leadership, experience in restaurant management, and excellent customer service skills are essential.
